MRSEC Acknowledgement

MRSEC support should be acknowledged in publications as falling into one of the three categories:

1. Research primarily supported by the MRSEC (e.g., graduate student or postdoc working on project was supported by MRSEC funds).

Suggested text: “This research was primarily supported by NSF through the University of Wisconsin Materials Research Science and Engineering Center (DMR-2309000).”

2. Research partially supported by the MRSEC (e.g., graduate student or postdoc working on project was partially supported by MRSEC funds).

Suggested text: “The authors gratefully acknowledge partial support of this research by NSF through the University of Wisconsin Materials Research Science and Engineering Center (DMR-2309000).”

3. Research performed using facilities (instrumentation or computational) supported by the MRSEC.

Suggested text: “The authors gratefully acknowledge the use of facilities and instrumentation in the Wisconsin Center for Nanoscale Technology. This Center is partially supported by the Wisconsin Materials Research Science and Engineering Center (NSF DMR-2309000) and by the University of Wisconsin–Madison.”
