| Primary Internship Duties | In addition to conducting a faculty-mentored research project, students can participate in a 2-day Multidisciplinary International Student Workshop (MISW), factory visits and cultural events such as a Japanese tea ceremony or Rakugo. |

| Language Notes | Prior research experience or study of Japanese language or culture are not program requirements, but if you have prior experience please share this in your application essays. |

| Housing Information | Tokyo Tech will assist with housing arrangements |
| Compensation | Tuition fees are waived; students are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, accident/liability insurance coverage and living expenses
